Matcha Sora is produced by Mr Koyama in Uji (Japan) and imported by Camellia Sinensisin Montreal. Mr. Koyama’s family has been producing tea for over 16 generations followingenvironmentally friendly practices including no pesticide use. This is our matcha of choice in our coffee shops, tasting balanced, naturally sweet, with a pleasant herbaceous and nutty aroma. Made of gyokuro tea leaves, typical for the highest quality matcha powders. Gyokuru is a “shade tea”, requiring metallic or straw made coversthat filter most light leading up to harvest.For greater freshness, Matcha should be used within 6 months of opening and stored in a cool place.
