This enhanced version of the classic workhorse model the “Encore” is designed to grind with more precision on the finer settings, which makes it a true versatile espresso shot grinder and larger batch filter coffee grinder. Manufactured in Europe, the Encore ESP's 40mm conical M2 steel burrs will remain sharp for many years. The Encore ESP uses a combination of gear and electronic speed reduction to control the rotation of the burr to 550 RPM. This slow speed reduces heat, noise, and static generation in the grinder.
