A scale is a critical accessory to ensure accuracy and consistency in your brewing.
This model of the AWS scale could be considered a “pocket scale”, measuring 4.8" by 5.3" in size. It has a 2,000-gram capacity in one tenth of a gram or one thousandth of an ounce readability ( Believe it or not, that can make all the difference in how your coffee tastes! ) never turns off while brewing, tares efficiently and responds quickly to weight change.
